The issues of Diversity, Equality, Equal Opportunity and the right to ascend the ladder of opportunity and to break the invincible glass ceiling that takes Black people to the top of there career is better placed in one country from another. There is no doubt that the Americas have given Diversity, Equality and Equal Opportunity to its African American population the leg up as we say in Europe. While the Americans have moved light years ahead of most of the world in term of Black People very visible right across the nation top table, in Europe, its a different story, we are still playing catch up slowly, and the visibility of Black People seating on the top table is so few and far between, its like looking for a needle in the sand dunes.
