BLACK SOCIAL HISTORY: BLACK CONTRIBUTION TO THE SECOND WORLD WAR: WE WERE THEIR, FOUGHT AND DIED IN BATTLE:

Their are people who have ask me on several occasion did Black People fought in the Second World War ?  or which army did your people fought in ? The Russian Army ? its so funny you have to laugh or you may end up crying for a long long time. Lets take the American Military Forces, which means every branch of the the American Forces, even though it was a Segregated Armed Force, which means all Blacks in the Army, Air Force, Marines and Navy was totally segregated, Black Soldiers were kept in an all Black Unit, or Battalion, and all Air Force Service Personnel were kept in an all Black Unit, so when you look at the photographs of the Black Soldiers, Air Force Unit, Women Army Corps, Marines ect ect they were were always Blacks Together with a White Officer in Charge. And all the white units were all white with no Black Face in it. That the way things were in those days, discrimination within and outside the Armed Forces and I must say I have a lot of respect for these Dudes as they kept their dignity and served with pride for their country and did not complain.

My question is what would have young Black Men and Women do today ?  some will say nothing, do nothing and suffer in silence, others would confront the injustice and fight to make changes at the cost to them selves and others, but would not lie down and die like a dog.

  1. Both Black Men and Women took up the challenge to serve their country in times of its greatest needs, when our enemies come calling at our door and trying to enslave us again, once we have shaken the shackles off, their no way we were going to let any race, nation, political system enslave us again, so we volunteer to serve in our nation Armed Forces, this we did with Honor, Bravery, Challenge, And with cost to our Lives, but we did serve.
