BLACK SOCIAL HISTORY : BLACK PEOPLE WHO JOINED AND FOUGHT IN WHITE ARMIES :

 Black People have joined and fought in most European and American Military Forces, from the Napeolian and Wellington battle of Waterloo to the current Afgan! war.Blacks have fought with bravery in all the major and minor wars that the powerful white nations have choose to fight over. In the American Civil War of 1861 to 1865 Black soldiers fought for the Union Army and Navy and for the Southern Confederates Army and Navy, then they fought in the Spanish-American War, then in the Mexican - American wars. They fought in the Indian wars on the U.S. Army with the famous name of The Buffalo Soldiers who fought with bravery right to the end of the war.Then came the First World Wars which embrace most European Nations and their Empires and the American with all there Blacks Troops and Navy personnel were Black enlisted men and women fought on both sides.
































With the dawn of the second world war, Black People joined the Military Forces of all the nation involved in the war, most from there Empires and resident in the various European countries. The African American enlisted in there thousands in to U.S. Military Forces and played a major part in all the battles during the second world war. They were in the Korean wars of the 1950's fighting with bravery that some of the Generals were so impressed by. On to the Vietnam Wars that saw young African American drafted into the U.S. Military Forces to fight and die in the far flung paddy fields of the Far East. Then comes Iraq with all its problems of trying to hold the country together after Saddam, Black Soldiers, Navy and Air Force gave there all and payed the ultimate price. Today they are fighting in the Afghan wars again with bravery and at the risk of there lives but for a very good cause.
