BLACK SOCIAL HISTORY: SLAVE REVOLTS IN BRAZIL:

Almost all the slave rebellion had been designed and executed through the Quilombos Community. A Quilombos was a settlement that was formed by fugitive slaves and free-born African. Quilombos came closed to the idea of recreating African Societies in a new environment (Brazil) and against increasingly heavy odds.
THE SLAVE REVOLT OF 1807:
 In 1807 slaves were planning a revolt that would take place on May 28th during Corpus Christi Celebrations, six days before the revolt would take place, they were betrayed by a slave loyal to his master. They were captured by the Governors Troops and all the ring leaders and many others who have acted as agents were all hanged in public.

THE MUSLIM UPRISING OF 1835 IN BAHIA:















































Muslim slaves revolted in 1835 began in January 24th January by rebellion organizers, Males or Muslim African. The revolt took place in the streets of Salvador and lasted for three hours. During this time seventy people were killed and s report of more than  five hundred were sentence to death, in person. whipped or deported to Africa to Portuguese Colonies.
