One of the things that I am and many others have never been able to understand is the complete silence of the various churches, The Catholic Church, The Various Pope, The Methodist Church, Church Of England, The Scottish Churches, The Welsh Churches, ect ect, Such powerful force for Good as we are lead to belive seem to be absence from our history books, Why ? Did they help the evil of the slave trade to help build up their wealth, untold riches, so we will turn a blind eye to what our dear brothers are doing.
When you see some of the records of man inhumanity to fellow man, and the Vicars, Priest, Lay Preachers and many men of clothes who would conduct sunday services to these evil men and their families is a mystery to me and many other right thinking human beings.
Why was nothing said, why was they so silent about all the wickedness and evil going on around them, were these people on the pay role of the Slave Trade Merchant and Slave Owners ? Its very difficult to understand and to come to terms with how on earth people who tell us about the evil of been wicked to fellow man and to treat every one as equal under Gods eyes, can seat by, stand by and allow such evil on such a major scale to go on for centuries without saying a single word to help the Slaves get their freedom and to stop the slave trade from developing and taking grass root hold in Europe and the New World.
